Licensing and Terms & Conditions

'Rights to use' licenses are agreed on a client specific basis for a specific purpose and time frame for a fee depending on the assignment, location and usage. Stock images are licensed depending on the Industry, media, requested usage and distribution.  Digital images are provided in digital format.  Model and/or property releases or consents will be provided if deemed necessary or requested. Copyright remains with Gail Ward and is NEVER assigned elsewhere.

Full terms and conditions available on request. A license to use images always includes the following permissions:-

• Industry Details
• Image use and details, e.g. the Media where the image (or feature) will be published
• Image size, print run, placement
• Online usage and size
  
• Licence Territory, i.e. the geographical area permitted, e.g. worldwide, UK,
• Llicence duration, e.g. 3 months, 1 year, 3 years
• Authorised purchaser details and purchase order
• Payment terms
